Step 3: After use, return the power bank to any empty slot at the nearest charging station. You will receive the remaining deposit after rental fees are deducted.

Question 2: How much is the rental fee?
The rental fee is calculated hourly, and you only pay for the actual time of use. Detailed pricing information will be displayed on the app or charging station at the time of rental. Specifically:
Users deposit 240,000 VND for each rental. There is no limit on the number of rentals or deposits on the same account.
Rental price is 10,000 VND per hour of usage.
52,000 VND for 24 hours.
Embera does not charge for the first 5 minutes of usage, and users can cancel the rental within those 5 minutes.

You can return the power bank at any nearby Embera charging station. Simply insert the power bank into an empty slot, and the system will automatically record the return and end your rental session.
If you do not return the power bank on time, Embera will charge a late fee based on the overdue time. If the power bank is lost or damaged, compensation will be required according to Embera’s policy. Details about late fees and compensation will be displayed in the app.
